Likely it is too far gone to do much with it beyond salvaging some of the wood and other bits for a new project on a smaller scale. Here, old bard siding is very coveted for making things like rustic picture frames.
My comment evidently got swallowed. My suggestion was that the barn is most likely to far gone to save so I would salvage what I could from it. There is a great market hear for old barn materials, probably the most popular being picture frames from salvaged barn siding.
In Suffolk every old barn is now a house.
