Who Else Would Have A Water Fight In March?!?

While I was in the greenhouse with my eldest I could hear fits of laughter coming from down the garden.

The two little monkeys had decided to have a water fight!

Please bare in mind that this is the middle of a very wet march, at 6.30 just as it was getting dark!

They were having such a good time though I didn't have the heart to stop them!

Well until I saw where they were getting the water from!

Both soaked right through!

Luckily I had a stew in the oven so it meant they could have a shower before tea!

What games did you love when you were younger?

  4. Flying a kite in a howling wind, making mud pie villages anything messy, my poor Mum must have despaired at my mucky clothes. My daughters also loved water and would play outside until they had blue fingers, yet would hibernate inside in hot weather.

    1. I just give up worrying about their clothes now. I just accept they're going to get mucky. Just wish this wasn't 5 minutes before tea!

    1. They would love that I'm sure! Looks like no snow here this year for us. If it snowed now the country just wouldn't know what to do!
