In our house its called Tarzan jam, oldest daughter could never remember the name of the fruit, we love Tarzan jam.

I didn't know preserving pans won't work on induction hob. Mustn't have one of those then!

i love damson jam. i must remember to make some next year. i've been so busy eating them that i never thought to make anything out of them this fall.
I was lucky as mum brought a huge basket over for us to make jam with. Just wish my big pan would still work on the hob.on my Christmas list!

I do love a good strawberry jam, but it need to have huge lumps of strawberries in there!
I haven't had damson jam since I lived in England over thirty years ago. I miss it.
