The garden is constantly producing lots of produce now, I've just set to harvesting my big batch of soup peas and trying to make sure I keep on top of everything else.

I'm interested in that bit as well. not grown it before but my girls are great at thressing crops so I should have no problem knocking it out of the seed heads. It's grown like mad!
Great video. Questions: do you make a plan in the winter as to what crop will follow what and where ( I may have missed this, sorry if I did)? how long have you been expanding your growing area to get to this size? I grew quinoa last year or the year before, don't remember - ended up feeding to chickens. Will be glad to see what you do with it. Also, I posted that antique Apple I can't ID, stop over and take a peek if you get a chance.
Each year I expand a bit, but last year I didn't and covered the whole far garden with plastic and only had about 16 beds in the main one. I was working full time then and the boy was only 6 months old. I always bite off more than I can chew though! I have a planting plan but this is the first year I've really had so many multicropping beds, I should get three crops out of some of them, two from most. My plans will be for each bed. I keep a record and make sure that no crops follow each other. but I divide my crops into growups of about 8-10 families, so for instance I don't have "roots" I might have carrot family and beet family, they can follow each other if they have to.
